The Project has the key prerequisite documents and studies completed, including:
- Class “A” investment certificate has been granted to the Project by the government authorities, recognizing it as a strategic investment which will benefit from facilitated administrative procedures by national and municipal bodies.
- A positive environmental assessment was approved by the Ministry of Environment and Water with resolution 21-10/2010.
- The Project Master Plan was approved through degree РД-08220/10.05.2011 of the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communication (MTITC) and the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW)
- The Detailed Development Plan (DDP) was approved by means of Order No 567/31.07.2012 and a construction permit No 29/01.08.2012 has been issued by the Major of Beloslav Municipality.
